  • How can I check my mail when I am traveling?

There are many ways to do this; however the easiest is to use our web-based email client.  You can access the webmail system by click on this link.

  • Does VTel provide any spam and virus protection for my email?

Yes we do!  We use a system developed by Red Condor.  To learn more please visit our Red Condor Information Page.

  • My email software is asking for all kinds of weird things, such as POP3, IMAP, and SMTP servers.  What should I type here?

This information is required by your email client in order to operate properly.  For the correct values to all of these questions, and more, please visit our Basic Settings page.

  • How do I get my e-mail forwarded to my iPad or iPhone?

          Step 1 -  Press Settings.
          Step 2 - Go to the Mail, Contacts, Calendars section
          Step 3 - Add account
          Step 4 - Choose Other
          Step 5 - Add mail account
          Step 6 - Fill in your account information

  • How do I configure <insert email application here>?
