Some answers to questions (or requests for change) may only be permitted by phone, or via your secured Online SmartHub Account for a similar or additional reason. Office Location
In-Person Equipment Returns & Payments:
For in-person equipment returns as well as payments, our Springfield, VT office is open Tuesday-Thursday, 10am-3pm. We are located at 354 River Street, Springfield, Vermont.
For those who have used our Equipment Return Table in the past, please note that it has been discontinued. Equipment should now be returned during our in-office hours listed above or mailed to us. For security reasons, we ask that you do not leave equipment outside the building at any time.
